3.2 Freight Handling

• The customer is responsible for providing accurate shipment details, including weight, dimensions, and nature of the cargo.
• OTG is not liable for delays, damages, or additional costs caused by inaccurate shipment information.

3.3 Prohibited Items

The following items are prohibited from transport using our Services:

• Illegal substances or contraband
• Perishable goods (unless prior arrangements are made)
• Explosives, firearms, or hazardous materials without proper documentation

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations by Customer: Customers must notify us in writing at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup to avoid cancellation fees. Fees will vary based on the specific service agreement.
• Cancellations by OTG: OTG reserves the right to cancel a shipment at any time due to unforeseen circumstances, safety concerns, or non-compliance with these Terms. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.

5. Liability and Limitations

5.1 General Liability

• OTG is not liable for delays, damages, or losses caused by:
  • Natural disasters or weather conditions
  • Acts of terrorism, war, or governmental actions
  • Delays caused by third-party vendors or unforeseen circumstances

5.2 Cargo Liability

• OTG’s liability for lost, damaged, or delayed cargo is limited to the declared value of the shipment or as specified in the service agreement.
• Customers are encouraged to purchase additional insurance for high-value shipments.

5.3 Disclaimer of Warranties

• All Services are provided "as is" and "as available." OTG disclaims any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

6. Customer Responsibilities

• Ensure cargo is properly packed, secured, and compliant with legal requirements.
• Provide accurate and complete information regarding shipments.
• Notify OTG of any special handling requirements in advance.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

8. Intellectual Property
